Beach Park is a one of South Tampa’s most popular custom home neighborhoods. Developed in the 1920’s by the Beach Park Company, this idyllic neighborhood winds its way through boundless Palm Trees and Oak forests on the waterfront of Old Tampa Bay.

Situated between South Westshore Boulevard and Kennedy Boulevard, Beach Park is an ideal neighborhood in South Tampa to build your new custom home. You’ll find the Moorish gate of the original entrance created by The Beach Park Company still standing at South Lois Avenue. A highlight of the neighborhood is Swann Circle Park, a showcase of the efforts of the residents and City of Tampa to maintain the neighborhoods original feel.

Required to be masonry since there was no fire department at the time in the 1920’s, these homes are adorned with stucco exteriors and terra cotta roofs.
