A Construction-to-Permanent loan allows you to build and permanently finance your home with a single loan. Because it combines both types of financing into a single loan – one loan, one closing, and one set of fees this is a better deal for the borrower.
A lot loan from a lender will allow you to purchase a residential lot for future construction of your new custom home.
Bridge loans allow you to begin construction on your new custom home before you sell your current home. In this load, you are accessing the equity in your current home to use as the down payment on a Construction or Construction-To-Permanent loan.
