Bayshore Beautiful
Bayshore Beautiful, founded in the early 1900s, extends along the Hillsborough Bay, along the infamous Bayshore Blvd. from El Prado Blvd. South near the Tampa Yacht and County Club all the way to downtown Tampa. You will find charming houses, stately mansions, and everything in between in this historic neighborhood. Bayshore Blvd. is also home to the longest uninterrupted sidewalk in the world…great for biking, running, walking, etc.

Beach Park
Beach Park, one of Tampa’s oldest neighborhoods, emerged in the 1920s during the housing boom. Beach Park boasts beautiful winding streets, large oak trees and palms and spans from Kennedy Blvd. to Tampa Bay and Lois Ave. to Morrison Ave. In the center of it all you will find Swann Circle Park, a great place for walking your dog, playing football, riding bikes and jogging. The large shaded trees at Swann Circle Park are quite a sight to see. Beach Park is a highly sought-after community for luxury custom home building, and it a wonderful neighborhood to raise a family.

Davis Islands
Davis Islands was expanded in the 1920’s by D.P. Davis who owned the land. Surrounded by water and split by canals, the Davis Islands neighborhood is one of the most prestigious locations to live in South Tampa. Its’ many winding streets are named after bodies of water, starting at the North end of the islands. On Davis Islands you will find the exclusive Peter O. Knight Airport, Davis Island Yacht Club, upscale shopping, and restaurants. As well as being home to Tampa’s premier hospital, Tampa General Hospital and Marjorie Park, named after Davis’ wife.

Hyde Park
One of South Tampa’s highly sought out neighborhoods, Hyde Park, is nestled between downtown Tampa and Bayshore Blvd. Well known for the tree-lined brick streets and historical architecture, Hyde Park offers the perfect balance between city living within a suburb. At the center of it all is Hyde Park Village. Hyde Park Village is great for walking, dining, shopping, wine tasting or going to see a movie at the movie theater. Hyde Park has something for people of all ages and is a great community to raise a family.

New Suburb Beautiful
New Suburb Beautiful is home to some of the most aesthetically pleasing neighborhoods in South Tampa. Here you will find some of the area’s most beautiful and well-maintained homes and gardens. New Suburb Beautiful is nestled between the Golfview and Parkland Estates communities. This one-of-a-kind suburb’s streets are lined with beautiful historic trees, and you are just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping.

Palma Ceia
Palma Ceia is a beautiful and thriving community in South Tampa. In 1907 it was named after a popular swimming hole near Bayshore, Palma Ceia Springs. Later in 1916, Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club opened its doors and after that this area really started to take off. Palma Ceia borders this golf course to the South.

Golf View
Golf View is the community that boarders the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club’s golf course on the North and West sides. Golf View’s neighborhood is filled with historic brick paved streets, stately brick homes and mostly traditional architecture. This is also where you’ll find most of the larger homes in South Tampa.

Parkland Estates
Parkland Estates emerged in the 1920’s. Parkland Estates’ boundaries are Swann Ave. to the North, Morrison Ave. to the South, Lincoln Ave. to the West and Howard Ave. to the East. This smaller neighborhood is filled with gorgeous tree lined streets and traditionally southern architecture. Parkland Estates is a family-friendly community that has two parks. You will notice a blend of classic and new homes when you visit Parkland Estates.

Sunset Park
The beautiful Sunset Park neighborhood community is located South of Beach Park between Westshore Blvd. and Manhattan Ave. Originating in the 1920’s, Sunset Park is home to some of the largest properties in South Tampa. Historical pine, oak and palm trees can be seen all throughout Sunset Park. You’ll find a variety of housing styles as well as many new construction homes in this area of South Tampa. Professionals and families alike can be found living in Sunset Park.

Virginia Park
Virginia Park is located between Sunset Park and Palma Ceia with Manhattan Ave. to the North and West borders and Dale Mabry Hwy runs through the Eastern side. Virginia Park emerged in 1912. This neighborhood has a wide variety of lot sizes, with varying prices. This makes Virginia Park an ideal community for families to live…and there are many options and opportunities to build new homes in this area of South Tampa. The streets of Virginia Park are laid out on a grid with Spanish named streets and this neighborhood has impressive parks with playgrounds for children to play.
