To deliver on the promise of a worry free, pleasant experience, we have developed a luxury custom home building process to guide homeowners through their wish list including the size of their home, desired location, style of home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms – the things that are key to determining the cost of the luxury home building project.

We help with financing, lot selection, designing the house plan. We provide allowances for choices that can’t be made at the planning stage so that all decisions don’t have to be made at once, but budgets can stay on track.

Once engineering plans are signed off on, and the municipality permitting process is complete, the actual build begins. To ensure homeowner are comfortable, our subcontractors will walk them through the framed house as needed to go over fine details.
