23 Jan New Custom Home Building Work We Just Have to Share

The beauty of custom home building work is that we build every client’s new custom home to fit their personality and family needs. It also gives us the opportunity to do some cool things you don’t see every day.

For example, we don’t typically need coat closets here in Florida, so why not create a custom wine cellar in the space usually used as a coat closet!

Need a bathroom that can double as a 1st floor master suite? We made this downstairs guest bathroom big enough to do just that. It’s always good to have options!

Sometimes a homeowner just can’t get to the club often enough to practice putting. Solution? Install a putting green as an outdoor living feature in their home!
